OCEAN-SAT is the distributer of OLIVEIRA steel wire rope (SUPER YELLOW FIN ® and SUPER ATLANTIC ®), both available with fiber core and steel core, responding to all your needs and quality requirements. :
- The best quality steel: Used from the beginning of the fabrication of the single wire strands.
- A high-performance manufacturing process: Multi wire-strands are laid around a core (fiber or steel core). Each one of the strands is previously compacted on a compacting roller.
- A high resistance to abrasion: The wire strands are pre-formed and flattened, ensuing in a more closed construction of the wire increasing the wire strength, resulting in a friction reduction between wires and between the wires and the drums
- A manufacturing process engineered for fishing applications: The compacted construction results in less gaps between the strands of the wire that could cause buoyant conditions on the wire. The compact construction results in a much improved performance.
- 100% quality guarantee: Each reel produced can be traced from the beginning of the production process and all the data is recorded for future traceability. Also, all the breaking load tests are recorded for future traceability
